Several of these will be eligible for low-grade handicaps after another run, and there are only two serious contenders, namely long-standing maiden Kadiz, who holds the clear edge on form, and promising Southwell second HANATI, who gets the nod given her scope for improvement. Lieutenant Conde is probably of similar merit, but could be taken off his feet dropped back to the minimum trip.
