BARNA VENTURE delivered on handicap bow at Thurles recently, going well in front and repelling the challenge when asked to. A 6lb rise may note stop the lightly-raced eight-year-old from going well once more dropped in distance. Dark Outsider was back to form at Cork last time and should be in the mix while Maighnealta can also challenge with a repeat of his Clonmel showing. Shrewdoperator is on a decent mark and should be fitter for the run at Gowran Park on his comeback.
