Nothing special over hurdles, and didn't jump brilliantly on chase debut at Musselburgh, but still showed improved form to win readily. Respected despite a hike in the weights with tongue tie fitted.
Won over hurdles at Southwell in October, and similar form when third at Uttoxeter last time. Claims if translating that form to fences at first time of asking.
Point-to-point winner. Rules debut second came in a match, and better judged on latest 24½L fourth of 6 to Favorito Buck's at Fontwell last time. Every chance on that, but possible he's flattered by his proximity in a falsely run race.
Still a maiden after 16 starts, and hasn't really built on early promise. Disappointed over hurdles last time, and needs to find her best form now making switch to fences.
Back to form when third over hurdles on last two starts, and not without a chance on that evidence, but he has never shown much over fences, and is opposable on balance.

Chequered View (5/2), Thomas Todd (11/4), So Sorry Sarah (3/1), Minmore Present (9/2), King Vince (9/2), Mr Mulliner (7/1)
THOMAS TODD improved to score on his chase debut at Musselburgh despite a mixed round of jumping, and he is the pick here assuming he can learn from that experience. Chequered View has no chasing experience, but has a more appealing profile than most, and looks best of the others ahead of the talented but disappointing So Sorry Sarah, who is also making her fencing bow.
