Reasonable enough first effort at Taunton last month when fourth, and should improve on that, but has different ground conditions to face here and is best watched.
Point-to-point winner in March but didn't show enough when well beaten in a bumper at Chepstow last week. Ground probably fine but unless there's sustained market support, others make more appeal.
Unseated rider at Bangor three days ago but judging by 25-1 price tag, not a lot was expected. Has some useful form to his name in France, though, and would have chances if finding some of that, so cannot be ruled out.
Far from disgraced against some good sorts at Chepstow latest and it was a run that suggested he could do better again. Slower ground to contend with here but one of the more interesting ones all the same.
Bumper winner on much quicker ground in July shows he has ability but a terrible effort at Hereford last month, weakening quickly after making the running, makes him one to monitor rather than bet at present.
Tried his hand in France latest, unseating rider, but previous two starts at Uttoxeter and Fontwell are solid pieces of form and probably make him the one to beat here. Ground not a problem and ought to be going close in this company.
Unseated his rider at the last at Hereford on debut but not before showing a glimmer of ability. Should improve on that but might still find one or two of these too good here.
Bumper winner on debut (for Sally Haynes) and didn't run at all badly on first start for the yard here last month, weakening late. Will come on for that run and given previous solid form, can take a hand in the finish if hurdling fluently.
Forecasts
Monsieur Lecoq (4/6), Chambard (6/1), Eva's Oskar (6/1), On The Rox (8/1), Mouseinthehouse (14/1), Ballybreen (20/1), Leaving Home (20/1), Agent Westy (25/1), Comeonthebull (25/1), Awesomedestination (40/1)
Monsieur Lecoq is likely to prove a warm order here base don his two starts in Britain and a reproduction of either may well see him home in front, but he's not going to be a working man's price and an e/w bet on EVA'S OSKAR is the suggestion. She's already shown ability in a Chepstow maiden hurdle where the winner is probably Supreme-bound and if she can take another step forward on that, she has chances here. The Evan Williams pair of Mouseinthehouse and On The Rox both deserve consideration too.
