Finally off the mark at the tenth attempt when dropped back into novice company at Redcar last time having run well in Listed company over the same C&D the time before. The application of the hood seems to have worked and a player back in a nursery.
Solid performer with two wins in five starts already. Winner at Yarmouth on handicap debut before being collared on the line at Kempton last time. Goes up another 3lb for not winning but sure to give it another good go.
Likeable filly that has won her only start on the AW. Suspicion that she will be well suited to this surface and the chances are she's on a fair mark for nursery debut. Likes to go forward and may face some opposition for the lead, but interesting.
Has been a revelation since moving into nurseries winning with ease over 7f at Yarmouth (good to soft) and 5f at Chelmsford (AW). This trip no problem and fully deserves every ounce of 11lb rise which is partly offset by riders claim. Major player
Off the mark at Maison-Laffitte over 6f on very soft ground two starts back but well held at Chantilly in a Listed contest last time when the drop in trip didn't help. Seems to appreciate soft ground and this is completely different on AW debut.
Won a 6f fillies' novice at Pontefract in June, but has proved a disappointment in four starts in nurseries, including when finishing last at Nottingham last time. Dropping in weights and makes AW debut here.
Forecasts
Finoah (13/8), Isaan Queen (3/1), Shining Armor (4/1), Champion Brogie (6/1), More Than Likely (10/1), Posh Perfect (40/1)
A competitive little race with MORE THAN LIKELY and Shining Armor the two to concentrate on. The selection blitzed the sand on All-Weather debut at Chelmsford and may just be well suited to this surface. Shining Armor has been a revelation since moving into nurseries and deserves every bit of his 11lb rise. This race is signification tougher than the previous two so will need to up his game again to complete the hat-trick.
