Horse silk
66/1
Full brother to the useful 3m hurdler Applesolutely, which also gives an idea that he might find this too sharp a test on hurdling debut.

Age: 8|  Weight: 11-0| J: Thomas Garner| T: F Brennan| OR:  72
200/1
72-rated hurdler who has been absent almost two years. Impossible to fancy with that sort of profile in this company.
3
Horse silk
Deise Abah1199
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-0| J: R Johnson| T: P Hobbs & J White
13/2
Son of Mahler fetched £66,000 at Doncaster having landed a maiden point-to-point in a decent enough time. Hooded on debut for in form stable.
4
Horse silk
50/1
Record the best time of all the maidens at Kildorrery when dead-heating in what looked a good race back in February. Fetched £48,000 at Ascot and this trip looks about right judged on pedigree.

7/4
Authoritative winner of a Ballinaboola point-to-point. Recorded by far the quickest time of the day and it took £380,000 to acquire this half-brother to ten time winner Cailin Annamh. The Champion Bumper may have come too soon but of interest here.

50/1
Flemensfirth gelding cost connections €46,000 at the sales in June last year. Dam an unraced half-sister to a couple of useful jumpers in Ireland. No show on debut and returns from a seven month break with stable struggling for winners.
8
Horse silk
20/1
Fetched €100,000 after chasing home a promising sort on sole point-to-point start in April 2017. Sidelined since and into a hot race on return.
9
Horse silk
9/1
Nicely bred gelding makes hurdling debut having shown clear signs of ability in bumpers. Bred to appreciate this sort of trip and jockey booking a positive.
10
Horse silk
100/1
£11,000 purchase following sole start in a Tralee point-to-point. Bred to want further and a watching brief advised on this occasion.
11
Horse silk
200/1
Poor maiden on the Flat rated 50. Makes hurdling debut and of little interest in this sphere until earning a mark.

Storm Arising290
Age: 4|  Weight: 11-0| J: H Cobden| T: P F Nicholls
8/1
Son of Yeats out of a well-bred mare who won four races for Willie Mullins. Went for £80,000 after finishing third in an above-average maiden point-to-point and has joined a top yard.

Wee Saxon1325
Age: 9|  Weight: 11-0| J: R M Power| T: C L Tizzard
20/1
Winning point-to-pointer back in 2015 from a good family the stable know well. Has clearly had issues given the absence but must possess some ability to have persevered this long.

Get An Oscar39
Age: 4|  Weight: 10-7| J: S Bowen| T: P & M Bowen
66/1
Winner of a point-to-point on the undulating Trecoed track. Conditions were good then and she appeared unsuited by the soft surface at Hexham last time.
16
Horse silk
Queenohearts256
Age: 5|  Weight: 10-7| J: C Gethings| T: S Edmunds
11/4
Won the Listed mares bumper at Sandown when last seen eight months ago. Dangerous in receipt of the mares allowance and needs to be checked in the market for clues to current state of fitness.

13:10 Chepstow - 21 November 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

None of the leading contenders have the advantage of a recent run and the market should prove highly informative. Most of the leading stables are represented by expensive buys with good pedigrees and point-to-point form. KNOW THE SCORE was the pick of these between the flags and has gone well fresh too. Storm Arising and Deise Aba hail from yards that are going well and so may be more forward than some, whilst Queenohearts has the best bumper form on show and receives the mares allowance. Not Normal, Newtide and Diger Daudaie are others to merit consideration for a contest that should throw up plenty of future winners.
