Iffraaj filly out of a winning sister to Bated Breath and half-sister to Cityscape. Showed nice improvement on her second start when leading over 7f. Further progress would put her as a leading hope but trip a query.

Dawn Approach filly cost £70,000 at the Sales in April. Would need to improve significantly from her debut and likely to appreciate further in time.

Camelot filly cost 130,000gns and progressed nicely from debut when a running on second over 7f. Bred to appreciate this extra furlong and sets the standard.

Debutante with plenty of stamina in her pedigree and will get further in due course. Stable though in hot form and well worth a check in the market.

Beautifully-bred filly by Kingman out of 2004 1000 Guineas third Hathrah. Half-sister to six winners and looks a likely type on debut.

Very disappointing at Newmarket following a promising second on debut over this C&D. Possible switch back here will help but others look stronger.

Approve filly who was tailed off at long odds on debut at Lingfield and is hard to make a case for.

Daughter of Iffraaj who fetched 350,000gns as a yearling. Very nice pedigree and well worth a note in the betting on debut for powerful connections.

Cost €50,000 as a foal and 82,000gns as a yearling and a half-sister to St Leger winner Arctic Cosmos. Represents a leading stable on debut and market support would be interesting.

Deep Impact filly from a successful Australian family. Hampered early before some late progress on debut but likely to need more time.

Horse silk

Daughter of Nathaniel who is bred to need a stiffer test in time. Well held on debut and while trainer's runners improve with experience, this would require significant progress.

Daughter of Redoute's Choice and a first foal to an Australian sprint winner. Market should prove best guide on debut.

Kimblewick (3/1), Cabarita (7/2), Eithaar (5/1), Arctic Ocean (8/1), Abanica (9/1), Say Nothing (12/1), Manorah (14/1), Navadir (20/1), Filles De Fleur (25/1), Thermal (33/1), Ample Plenty (33/1), She's Apples (50/1), Universal Song (66/1), Get Us On (100/1)

17:30 Kempton - 14 November 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Abanica showed likeable improvement from first to second start but did look as though a drop in trip rather than this extra test would suit better. ARCTIC OCEAN in contrast is bred to appreciate the extra furlong and was running on too late over a furlong shorter. There's plenty of potential challengers from well-bred newcomers and the market should be kept a close eye on with regards to Kimblewick, Eithaar, Cabarita and Manorah.
  1. Arctic Ocean
  2. Kimblewick
  3. Eithaar
