Returned with a solid effort in a handicap hurdle at Fontwell but well beaten at Wincanton subsequently and looks up against it on these terms up at this level.
In fine form throughout most of last season and produced a solid effort in a Grade 2 at Ayr when last seen. Ran well when runner-up on her seasonal return here last year and won't mind this ground; hard to beat if ready to go this time.
Won a Listed Novice Chase over fences last year and won again at Newcastle before a respectable effort in Grade 1 at Aintree. Perhaps not quite as good over hurdles and may have wanted softer ground than what she gets here.
Unlucky not to have got her head in front this summer and seen at her best on good ground. Ran well at Fontwell when last seen and not without an each-way squeak with conditions in her favour, despite having plenty to find on official ratings.
Returned with a wide margin success at Worcester last week and quite likely there's more to come from her this campaign after a promising start to her hurdles career last season. Seemingly at her best on good ground and should go well here.
Won four times in 2017 and while she was a little hit and miss towards the back end of last season, she's capable at this level. Drop back in trip would have to be the main concern.
Forecasts
Oscar Rose (7/4), Irish Roe (15/8), Lady Buttons (7/2), Whatzdjazz (10/1), Mystic Sky (20/1), Cubswin (20/1)
IRISH ROE is expected to be hard to beat if she returns in the same form that saw her finish a good sixth in a Grade 2 at Ayr in April. Mystic Sky and Oscar Rose will both be suited by conditions and could be the main dangers, despite having a bit to find on official ratings.
