Has been highly tried since winning on debut at Thirsk in June, and although rather disappointing on his last two starts in pattern company, he's expected to get back to winning ways now dropping sharply in class.
Gelded son of Monsieur Bond. Dam has produced two previous foals to have raced, but both showed only poor form, so perhaps unwise to expect any fireworks on debut.
Panis half-brother to a winner in Morocco. Better effort to date when fourth of 9 to Epona in a heavy-ground novice at Ayr on debut. Well beaten over C&D last time, and something to prove now.
Half-sister to a 6½f winner in Italy out of a 1m2f maiden winner. Yard 0-66 this year under both codes, and this filly is not easy to fancy by that measure.
Blend a mix of speed and stamina, her dam being a half-sister to Sagaro Stakes (Group 3, 2m) winner Shipmaster. Cost £20,000 last year, and won't need to be a star to shine in this company.
Daughter of Tagula who was sent off at 100/1 for Yarmouth (6f) debut, but showed a little ability in finishing mid-field. Place claims with normal improvement.
Forecasts
You Never Can Tell (1/2), Sils Maria (4/1), Teodula (15/2), Football Friend (16/1), Jean Merci (40/1), Little Thornton (50/1)
His last run was poor, but YOUNEVERCANTELL has a big class edge over his rivals having been campaigned in Group races, and he shouldn't be troubled to double his tally. Teodula showed a bit at big odds on debut, and can fight it out with newcomer Sils Maria for minor money.
