Winner of four of his last five, but has been found some simple tasks in the process. Found the company a bit too hot on final start at Newbury but unexposed and the type to go on again this year. Trip an unknown but likely to stay.
Often highly tried but tends to come up short, although was a winner at Kempton last winter. Some moderate efforts since then, and showed little on comeback at Chepstow, and might find this ground plenty lively enough as well.
Yard starting to fire after a poor summer/autumn by their own standards, and this one came good at Perth last time, whilst still looking like another couple of furlongs would suit. Gets that here, and ground fine, so could easily follow up.
Seems to need quicker ground and to go right-handed these days, so has both those things in his favour here. Battled on gamely to score at Ludlow last time and 3lb rise is fair. Can be inconsistent though, so no certainty to repeat the dose today.
Stays well and on a very fair mark these days (now 2lb lower than last win), some while since he's troubled the judge though and recent comeback effort at Chepstow left plenty to be desired. Best with cut as well, so others readily preferred.
MIGHTY LEADER has less question marks over him than the rest and with conditions fine once more, can come out on top in a tricky little event. Sumkindofking would be the danger if he can repeat his Ludlow win but that isn't a given. Ridgeway Flyer looks best of the rest, with the ground a worry for the other pair.
