Likeable pedigree and several winners on his dam's side, including Kabool (1m/1m2f) and Sharaf Kabeer, who won a Listed race over 1m6f. Indications are that a longer trip will be on the agenda before long. Yard remains in good form, though.
Well related individual that has shaped with promise in two starts so far. Caught flat-footed over a mile here last time so worth a try at 7f. Wide draw not ideal but going the right way and sure to be a popular choice.
Slight improvement last time but was well held near the finish. The drop in trip may help and the first-time visor might assist in keeping him focused. Improvement required though.
The trip suits on breeding but he started slowly on debut and took a fair bit of rousting along. Needs to step thing up considerably on that evidence.
Cost 85,000 gns and is out of a 1m winner who is related to a handful of useful types. Ran green on debut though and failed to make any sort of impression. Likely to be better than that but needs to start proving it now.
A half-brother to winners on the dirt in the USA and not expected to have any issues with the trip. Faded on debut but will have benefitted from the experience. Type to do well in handicaps if he stays with his illustrious trainer next season.
Cost 40,000 gns and suited by at least a mile on breeding. Poor effort on debut though and hard to fancy on the face value of that run. Best watched.
Cost 120,000 gns, out of an unraced but well-related dam. Debut run at Newmarket was an inconclusive effort as he was eased and virtually pulled up near the finish. Only a strong market move would spark the interest for a punt today.
Cost €280,000 (huge, considering the prize-money on offer), the Dark Angel colt is out of a Listed-placed sprinter who, herself, has a solid pedigree. Showed improvement last time and looks ready for an extra furlong. Another for the shortlist.
Derby entry but looked a far cry from the top level when tenth of twelve on debut over C&D earlier this month. Trainer excels in placing horses of this type once they have experience. Hard to fancy on this occasion though.
Cheap purchase and pedigree is outshone by a few of the others. Hood applied for his first start is probably a precaution but not really a good sign at this stage. Others preferred.
Cost 42,000 gns as a yearling, the Dandy Man colt showed plenty of promise on debut over a mile here at the start of the month. Had no chance with the winner but plugged on near the finish on that occasion. More now required.
Cost €39,000 as a foal; and is a half-brother to several winners over a variety of trips. The course shouldn't be too much of an issue as his dam was placed on an AW surface; could sneak a place if fully wound up for his debut run.

Several interesting types on show and the likes of Bayroot, Road To Paris and London Eye all look sure to develop as they gain in experience. However, BLUE MOUNTAIN looks a winner in the waiting and appeals as the best of those with experience on this occasion. Entertaining is an interesting newcomer that starts off at a realistic level and may be worth a small investment for a place, while Private Rocket showed improvement last time and is also respected.
