Five-time winner in France who showed some fair chasing form for this yard last autumn. Looked sure to follow up her Huntingdon win when falling at Exeter when last seen (10L clear at last); travels well and mark looks one to work with.
Seen at his best in November when landing back-to-back Ludlow handicaps over 2m off 131 and 137; only completed once after that but was given some very stiff tasks. This is more his grade however if his jumping holds up; yard going well.
Drops back below the marks he was placed off twice in decent handicaps last season but failed to convince on his last three starts (struggled for form). Now back from a break which may have refreshed but still questions to answer.
Lightly-raced over fences but has scored once when sole rival fell at Fontwell. Only beaten one rival home in two chase starts since but remains unexposed and returns having had wind surgery; respected.
Dual chase winner early this year (both wins on deep ground) and although he disappointed to a certain extent after that in two runs his return was more encouraging. Mark still looks fair and should be better for that comeback run.
Won this race last year off an 11lb lower mark and comes here having won his last two chases at Fontwell (won the same race at the track last year prior to winning this). Faces a stiffer task here though and will need to jump better than last time.
Likeable sort who combines chasing with hurdling having won in both spheres either side of the turn of the year. Ran his usual game race when last seen at Exeter in May (did a bit too much too soon); may just need this run on his return.

Last year’s winner Oliver’s Hill faces a much stiffer task this time around despite winning the same Fontwell race that he did last year prior to taking this but his mark looks a stiff one now and one of two of these could be progressive. Valhalla made a promising comeback at Newton Abbot last time and will be better for that run but it’s the duo of COPAIN DE CLASSE and Casablanca Mix who look to have that little bit of quality. The former has now had wind surgery and that should see him fulfil his promise while the latter lurks on what could be a very lenient mark given her form last year. Robinshill also enters the equation if he can tidy up his jumping, his yard are in good form.
