Won maiden on debut at Maisons Lafitte but found out last two starts in decent company. Has to concede 7lb all round and will do well to return to winning ways but has experience to draw on and won't be far away.

Yard best known for jumpers and this US bred gelding may need time before showing his true capabilities. Worth a market check though with stable in good form.

110,000 guineas Dandy Man gelding out of a winning mare makes debut for top yard that has been in scintillating form most of the season. Sure to have his supporters.

€75,000 Oasis Dream colt, dam Italian Group 3 winner. Hasn't looked special in two starts so far and looks up against it on form shown so far.

£100,000 Dandy Man colt ran green on debut in Newbury maiden, but wasn't disgraced. May have benefitted from that experience and a better display wouldn't surprise.

Gale Force Ten colt who cost £75,000 and is out of a winning dam who stayed up to 1m1f. Yard operating at a lower strike rate than for much of the term so may well be better for the outing.

Interesting pedigree being a half-brother to the Group 1 Coronation Stakes runner-up Salouen. Second representative in this event for jumps stable but worth keeping an eye out for any market support.

Second in modest event at Bath on debut last month but beat only one home at Newbury last time and looks the type to do better once handicapped.

Forecasts

Double Kodiac (9/4), Crackin Dream (9/4), Stallone (9/2), Celtic Manor (6/1), Top Breeze (7/1), Whelans Way (20/1), What Will Be (50/1), Another Reason (66/1)

18:45 Kempton - 15 October 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

In receipt of 7lb form previous winner Double Kodiac, William Haggas' CELTIC MANOR may prove good enough to make a winning racecourse debut. He looks the part on paper and his yard remains in fine form. Double Kodiac sets a fair standard but has been a little disappointing of late in decent company and may find one or two too good once again. Crackin Dream is another nicely bred sort whose dam was a pattern race winner in Italy so may be decent, while Stallone is open to improvement and What Will Be looks the pick of Olly Murphy's two newcomers.
  1. Celtic Manor
  2. Double Kodiac
  3. Crackin Dream
