Solid and consistent finishing positions since May including a well deserved win at Downpatrick in August before a defeat behind the improving Brex Drago at Clonmel last month. Could go well once again.
Plenty to like about his second of 14 running Falak to ¾L in a Kilbeggan maiden hurdle in August before landing a Listowel contest last month over this trip. Capable of running a big race once again.
Still a maiden but has been running well. Almost off the mark at Galway in a big field handicap a couple of starts back when going down just a neck. Expected to go well but always liable to 'bump' in to one.
Put a couple of desperate maiden hurdle runs behind him when landing a Roscommon maiden hurdle earlier this month. Needs to show consistency at this level.
Forecasts
Kellyiscool (7/2), Whatsafellatodo (4/1), Epswell (9/2), Paris Texas (5/1), Petit Tartare (11/2), Lucky Icon (8/1), Cool Colonnade (9/1), Stander (33/1)
The Willie Mullins-trained EPSWELL appeared to win his maiden hurdle at Sligo in August with a couple of more degrees of authority than that of Joseph O'Brien's Petit Tartare who landed a Listowel contest by ½L from Ballinska Band last month. Paris Texas and Whatsafellatodo can, as usually, run their races and are not completely ruled out.
