The main danger to the selection is likely to be Edessann who is sure to improve on debut at Gowran Park in August, when third of 11, a race that has seen the fourth, Trethias and the sixth, Western Australia subsequently win a couple of maiden events. Elite Trooper Grey and Han Solo are capable of hitting the frame on their third starts.
