Triple Flat winner over 1m (all on good). Jumping lacked fluency on recent hurdles debut. Should do better than that if he can transfer his Flat abilities to this sphere, but has a bit to prove today.
Triple Flat/AW winner at around 1m. Last two of his three hurdles runs have been decent in the contest of this race, but a bit more needed to break his duck.
Beaten a long way on his only hurdles run, in spring 2017. Has won at up to 1m2½f on the Flat, where he is on a losing run of 10. Plenty to prove on his return to this sphere.
Triple 1m2f winner on good ground on the Flat, the best from a mark of 85 last year. Has failed to transfer that ability to this discipline in three starts so far. More more needed than he showed last time at Listowel.
Has shown some ability over hurdles, most notably when under 4L second at Tramore (2m, good) in August. Softer ground possibly to blame for latest flop. Although more exposed than some, he has each-way claims.
€1,700 four-year-old, Ninth foal. Half-brother to winners Weslike (2m6f chase) & Direct Exit (bumper); dam pulled up six starts in Irish points, half-sister to two jumps winners. Probably one to watch on debut.
33-1 and fell too early to say how she would have fared on debut at Ballinrobe last month, but was quite free that day. Can only watch again this time.
Yet to make the frame from four attempts over hurdles, but a couple of pieces of her form suggest that she might pick up minor races given time. However, that is unlikely to be today.
VISIOMAN has already finished one race in front, prior to being disqualified, and is taken to win this after a respectable return from a break last time should have put him spot on. Thrones Game did not fare as the market anticipated on debut, but that was still a decent first effort and she is likely to be a leading player. Markhan has the ability to do better than on debut, while Reaver and Knock On Steel are not written off.
