It's been a tale of steady improvement this season and he continued in good form with a n easy win at Epsom last time, a run that can be marked up as he didn't see daylight until late. This trip asks a new question, but he seems likely to stay it.
Second start for the yard after winning a small race at Laytown three weeks ago for them, clearly in good heart but is going to find this a lot tougher. On balance, others make a little more appeal.
First start for new yard (formerly with Kevin Prendergast in Ireland), Trip looks fine and should handle the surface but not seen for over a year, and likely to need this outing as a result.
Another from the Owen Burrows yard that, like Mizaah, hasn't been seen out for over a year. Hood on here may help (can pull hard) and it's unlikely we've seen the best of him. Market likely to prove the best guide.
C&D winner here in February (easily) and turned in his best effort for a while when worn down late over a mile here last time. Stall 11 not ideal for one that likes to race prominently but clearly likes it here, and not discounted if getting loose.
Back to form at Lingfield last time when re-equipped with a hood, getting up late in the day to score. 3lb rise fair but overall profile suggests he finds winning two on the spin difficult. On that, others are preferred.
Looked a useful prospect when scoring with a bit in hand at Kempton (7f) in June but two efforts since not so good. Could just be that he's an AW horse though, so may bounce back after a short break here. Not out of it from a decent draw.
Has form at this track but last three efforts haven't seen him beat a horse home and he looks to be getting himself fitter for another winter campaign at Southwell. Can only be watched today.
Has two wins at this trip on artificial surfaces to her name, so at least has that going for her, and has been pretty highly tried for much of this year (in Listed/G3s). Has had a break and won fresh before, looks on a fair mark and could go well.
Winner over a mile here in May but that was in a lesser grade and although he's been far fro disgraced since, has twice been a beaten favourite and he does look like the handicapper has him where he wants him.
A win and a place form five starts here is a plus, and he wasn't beaten that far in the Stewards Cup Consolation race in August but has thrown in two poor efforts on last two starts, and appears to have gone off the boil.
Three starts for this yard have seen him well beaten (although highly tried first time up) and hard to know what ability he retains at present. Others readily preferred.

This looks wide open. Areen Heart and Waqaas bring winning form to the table but Desert Frost's is stronger and he looks sure to take a hand in the finish. Commander Han can't be allowed too much rope on the front or he could be away and gone but STAR QUALITY is going to find this easier than some of the tasks she's taken on, and given she can win off an absence, this could be the time to catch her. She's worth chancing.
