16/1
Prolific winner who has added four more to his tally this year. Was not far away from a fifth on heavy ground at Goodwood (1m4f), when 1lb lower, in a lady amateurs' race two starts ago, but more needed for another success.

Framley Garth15
Age: 6|  Weight: 9-7| J: Jason Hart| T: L A Mullaney| OR:  80| C| D
4/1
Course winner who is effective at up to 1m4f, and has won on soft ground. 8lb higher than his most recent win at York in June and looks exposed.

Has won on heavy, but most of his winning form has been on a sound/fast surface, as was the case when he scored on debut for this trainer as Ffos Las last time. Up 6lb for that and this trip on soft ground is a bit of a concern.

Is effective at up to 2m and is not ground dependent. However, he is 3lb higher than when scoring here over 1m5f in July and although competitive from this mark since, he is probably more of an each-way player.

His two wins have both been at around 1m2f and had soft in the going description, so conditions are fine, while he has gone close over C&D before. Same mark as when beaten 1¾L at Chester last time. Bit more needed.

Age: 6|  Weight: 9-2| J: D Allan| T: T D Easterby| OR:  75| BF| CD
7/2
Scored over C&D (good) in 2016 and has also won elsewhere on soft. Back to winning form at Pontefract in July. Went close here last month, but inconsistent and from 4lb higher he has his work cut out.

12/1
Scored here over 1m1f a few seasons ago. No win for two years and now 2lb lower than the most recent success at Catterick. Acts on soft and shaped as though a revival may be on the cards last time. Considered.

Dual bumper winner. Early days in this code, but initial mark looks reasonable. Market check suggested, although conditions don't look ideal for him.

Only Orsenfoolsies154
Age: 9|  Weight: 8-10| J: Rob J Fitzpatrick(5)| T: Micky Hammond| OR:  69| CD
11/1
Enjoys getting his toe in and has won over C&D. Not as good as he was then, but couldn't rule him out of the frame from this mark.

Forecasts

Multellie (7/2), Al Destoor (7/2), Framley Garth (4/1), Ingleby Hollow (6/1), Jacbequick (9/1), Only Orsenfoolsies (11/1), Card High (12/1), Luv U Whatever (16/1), Loud And Clear (40/1)

15:30 Hamilton - 24 September 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

CARD HIGH looked as though he might be getting closer to his next success last time out and, now dropped back to this trip, is the suggestion in a race where there are doubts about all of the field. Jacbequick has to be taken seriously, but softer ground over this trip might stretch his stamina too far, while Ingleby Hollow has each-way claims. Al Destoor, Multellie and Only Orsenfoolsies could all pick up some prize money if running to their current bests.
