Bounced off the fast surface to win at Yarmouth and make all at Doncaster. Suffered a slow start but ultimately not disgraced in the Group 2 Vintage Stakes and could be suited by this surface on AW debut.

Built on promise of first two races to win in commanding style over this C&D. Performance was backed up by a fast time and looks an exciting prospect in the making.

Winner on debut and unfortunate to run into a classy sort at Newbury who has since finished second in the Gimcrack. More to offer back up in trip and on AW debut.

Acclamation half-brother to useful 5f/6f winner Aguerooo and 7f winner Mosalim. Won on debut despite long odds and showed a good attitude, That came on a soft surface and different conditions here on AW debut but should only improve.

Closely related to 1½m-2m winner Leoncavallo, out of a winning half-sister to high-class performers Dubai Destination and Librettist. Ran with promise on debut and looked in need of this extra furlong but needs to find plenty in this company.

Forecasts

Fox Coach (11/10), Blonde Warrior (7/2), Aquanura (4/1), Motafaawit (6/1), Red Bravo (10/1)

19:15 Chelmsford City - 1 September 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

The fast time that FOX COACH completed his C&D victory gives him a narrow verdict and he looks another exciting AW prospect for his trainer. It would be no surprise though to see Motafaawit in the winners' enclosure with the form of his last start being franked at a very high level. Blonde Warrior is clearly well regarded by connections and can kick on again while Red Bravo and Aquanura are open to bags of improvement in a fascinating contest.
  1. Fox Coach
  2. Motafaawit
  3. Blonde Warrior
