Age: 6|  Weight: 11-12| J: P D Kennedy| T: S Byrne| C
50/1
Sent off at 100/1 in maiden hurdle at Galway recently, first attempt in this sphere doing little to inspire.
3

Papal Motelh13
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-12| J: D P Maxwell(7)| T: A McNamara| OR:  109
10/1
Finished sixth in recent C&D novice hurdle, making it 0-14 in this sphere in the process. Place claims at best, but looks vulnerable.
4
Horse silk
33/1
Finished sixth on debut at Tramore eight days ago in a maiden hurdle over this trip, this looks a better race on paper, so clearly has work to do.
5
Horse silk
Shush28
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-5| J: Paul Townend| T: W P Mullins| D
1/3
Winner of 12-runner bumper at Wexford (2m, soft) on debut four weeks ago for champion trainer and likely going to prove hard to topple now jumping for the first time.
A €12,000 three-year-old, Court Cave gelding whose dam was an unraced half-sister to useful hurdler/fairly useful chaser (winner up to 2m4f) Toofarback.
Thrice-raced maiden, finished third of 11 in novice hurdle at Downpatrick over longer trip when last spotted in June, entitled to have a leading say down in trip.

Wat Tylert13
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-4| J: J M Moore| T: D Kinsella
100/1
Poor on the Flat and cut little ice in two starts in this sphere, including when going off 100/1 over C&D in novice affair last time.
9
Horse silk
Carrigaloe5
Age: 4|  Weight: 11-2| J: B Browne(5)| T: Eric Larkin
100/1
Twice-raced maiden under rules, finished a long way off the pace in 2m5f Tramore contest last time, plenty improvement demanded if hoping to have designs on significant role.

Horse silk
Saintmont70
Age: 4|  Weight: 11-2| J: G N Fox| T: G P Cromwell
50/1
Achieved nothing of note in three starts in the UK for Christian Williams, makes first start for new trainer and requires chunk of improvement. Best watched.

Horse silk
50/1
Daughter of Oscar out of an Amilynx mare related to Rock On Ruby and Peddlers Cross. Makes hurdles debut having fared poorly in a bumper.

Goodbye Oonaght7
Age: 6|  Weight: 10-11| J: A Ring| T: P Croke
100/1
Modest maiden on the Flat. Well beaten on debut over timber at Tramore and looks an unlikely winner here.
13
Horse silk
Myanne7
Age: 5|  Weight: 10-11| J: S J Gray(3)| T: A Slattery
100/1
Just the two starts so far, wide-margin defeat over 2m at Tramore a week ago hardly setting pulse racing for this outing.
14
Horse silk

An €18,000 three-year-old, Yeats filly. Half-sister to bumper winner/fair 2m hurdle winner The Birdie Crowe. Market check needed ahead of this first start.

SHUSH had no problems justifying short odds in a Wexford bumper on debut four weeks ago and should be primed to go jumping now. The champion trainer is operating a 31% strike rate recently and looks well positioned to boost it still further on this card. Sir Benford Wales went well at Downpatrick when making the frame last time and can have similar aspirations while Cash In Mind has also shown promise. Newcomer Dragon Houdini is worth a second look.
  1. Shush
  2. Sir Benford Wales
  3. Cash In Mind
