Olympic Glory colt, cost 30,000 gns as a yearling. Dam closely related to a 1m4f Group 3 winner. May do better over further and yard have stronger claims with Fox Power.

Hurricane Cat colt, €11,000 as a yearling. Dam a winner over middle distances and sister to a Listed winner over 1m1½f. May need further than this but yard have hit some form and they had a 125/1 winning juvenile here earlier in the week.

Toronado colt, cost 50,000 gns as a yearling. Half-brother to eight winners, largely over similar trips. Dam a juvenile winner over 5f. Bred for this sort of test and should go well if the market speaks in his favour.

Farhh colt, cost 10,000 gns as a yearling. Half-brother to a juvenile winner who won a Group 3 over sprint trips. Dam a juvenile winner over 6f. Fascinating contender and yard's debutantes often know their job.
Nathaniel colt, cost €16,000 as a yearling. Half-brother to a winner over this trip. Dam a 1m winner and half-sister to a Listed winner and a Group level performer. Not ruled out if market speaks in his favour on debut.

16:15 Goodwood - 4 August 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Mark Johnston won this with subsequent Epsom Derby runner-up Dee Ex Bee last year and Sky Defender and West End Charmer are both worth considering in what would appear to be a hot maiden. Duke Of Hazzard sets a solid standard on form after his four runs and he will be hard to keep out of the first three. However, it's the precociously bred FOX POWER who makes most appeal and the 450,000 gns purchase is taken to land a race that is sure to be worth following throughout the remainder of the season.
  1. Fox Power
  2. Duke Of Hazzard
