Won 1¼m maiden at Chester in May and found further improvement to win at Newmarket on penultimate start. Not so good last time, and drops in trip now; looks to be flying a bit too high in this company.
Won at Newmarket on juvenile debut before landing a Group 3 in France. Placed at that level at Chantilly in May, and not disgraced wearing first-time blinkers in Jersey Stakes at Royal Ascot. Headgear missing now.
Second to Without Parole at Yarmouth in April, and has won both starts since, most recently routing his rivals in ultra-competitive Britannia Handicap at Royal Ascot. Clearly a smart performer, and merits maximum respect.
Impressive winner on debut at Yarmouth when making all, and better than result when sixth in Heron Stakes at Sandown behind Without Parole in May. Absence since a worry, but looked sure to do better.
Often highly tried, and fourth in Irish 2000 Guineas before running down the field in St James's Palace Stakes at Ascot. Back to winning ways in minor event last time, and not taken lightly.
Winner here on debut, and good second to Alpha Centauri in Coronation Stakes on penultimate outing. Below form in Falmouth Stakes last time, but that was her third poor run at Newmarket, and easy to forgive that in retrospect.
THREADING flopped in the Falmouth at Newmarket last time, but she simply fails to operate there, and her form at other venues, including here, make her the one to beat in receipt of weight. She may have most to fear from Ostilio, who turned the Britannia Stakes into a procession at Royal Ascot, although Regal Reality is thoroughly unexposed, and is likely to do much better than on his return at Sandown in May.
