Sulamani gelding whose dam was a winning hurdler/chaser. Well beaten fifth of seven on debut at Windsor and needs to make significant improvement in a first-time hood.
Champs Elysees filly who cost 65,000 gns as a foal and whose dam is closely related to Listed winner Dalkova. Fair amount of promise when fourth of seven on her only start at Ascot in September and is much respected on this seasonal reappearance.
Forecasts
Midnight Meeting (4/11), Respectable (9/4), Bay Dude (20/1), Berry De Carjac (50/1), Miss Recycled (66/1), Paraphenalia (66/1)
This looks a match between Respectable, who shaped well on her only start at Ascot last September, and recent Nottingham winner MIDNIGHT MEETING. The selection has to concede weight to a filly who might turn out to be useful, but he is progressive himself and may be the fitter of the pair. The rest are readily opposed, but Bay Dude might show improvement in a first-time hood and may keep on for third.
