Footstepsinthesand filly ended last year in cracking form, winning at both Kempton (6f) and Chelmsford (7f) on the AW. May have needed this month's reappearance at Haydock, pulled hard and went out like a light. Wears first-time cheekpieces.

Lightly-raced filly, beat all bar the odds-on favourite over C&D eight days ago on return from a break when racing from 5lb out of the handicap. Big chance on these terms with repeat effort.

Well beaten in a 6f seller at Thirsk (good-to-firm) on debut for this yard in May, more like it her over 5f this month but still left needing a bit more from somewhere.

Forecasts

Bath And Tennis (8/11), Global Rose (5/4), Miss Mo Brown Bear (13/2), Aragon Knight (14/1)

16:30 Bath - 25 July 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

GLOBAL ROSE ran well from out of the handicap here recently behind an odds-on and very comfortable winner. A repeat of that run, on correct terms now, should be enough to see her going one better. Bath And Tennis pulled much too hard on reappearance at Haydock and looked in need of the run, having found support in the market. She should be capable of better in first-time headgear while Aragon Knight didn't run badly at this track on second start for this trainer eight days ago and could offer a bit more.
