Ran by far and away her best two races so far at Windsor (5f-6f), including when finishing strongly (third) to Goodnight Girl on handicap debut three weeks ago; key player in a weak race.

Fairly consistent, but arguably has upped his game slightly since introduced to handicaps, and was beaten just a head by Arnoul of Metz at Wolverhampton (6f) recently; raised 3lb.

Ex-Irish (John James Feane), and has twice finished runner-up in five starts for Richard Fahey, so the assessor cuts her little slack; poor latest and opposed on balance.

Left William Haggas cheaply (for 5,000gns) despite fetching €95,000 as a yearling; with a trainer who is likely to get the best out of him, and finished well over 5f at Beverley latest (third); noteworthy upped in trip.

Hasn't progressed since leaving Henry Candy (twice a runner-up in early career 6f maidens), plunging 18lb in the weights in seven starts for Keith Dalgleish; tough to muster any positives.

Offered little encouragement since his juvenile days, sliding 14lb in the weights since sent handicapping; finished just under 5L fourth to Daffy Jane (Loulin third) over C&D earlier this month.

Regular hood wearer who was returning from a short break when finishing 1½L second to Power To Exceed at Carlisle in June (6f novice); form not startling, but allocated a fair opening mark of 60 in a winnable contest.

Stablemate of Raffle King; broadly similar efforts on all four starts in 2018 (since wind surgery), and closely matched with Se You on recent C&D form; more required for win purposes.

Outran all reasonable market expectations when racing prominently and reeled in late at odds of 66/1 at Thirsk in May (6f, good), but finished last of eleven on his sole subsequent start and has more crosses than ticks against his name.

Uninspiring form figures (0 from 16); competed over 7f trips of late (not totally disgraced at Wetherby on his penultimate start); but you'd be pleasantly surprised if he was the solution today.

Age: 3|  Weight: 8-4| J: Rachel Richardson| T: E J Alston| OR:  52

Not beaten many rivals in three starts in novice company (6f-1m), and whilst that was probably to be expected at respective odds of 50/1, 80/1 and 66/1, she needs to show plenty more on handicap debut.

Runner-up in a 6f Catterick nursery for George Scott in October 2017, but back-peddling at a rate of knots since joining this trainer; little conceivable chance despite the clear ease-in-grade and drop in the weights.

With all due respect to connections, this rates as a very poor finale. Dusty has to be recommended as a major player if able to bring her solid (at this level) Windsor form to the table, whilst Dollar Value also showed improved form on Tapeta at Wolverhampton earlier this month. However, it is MOSSEYB who shines like a gold bar in this company. His trainer Paul Midgley is clearly getting to grips with his new recruit (ex William Haggas-trained), and a step up to 6f looks to be the right call after a late thrust at Beverley, and he ought to prove capable of winning at this level prior to kicking on positively in the future.
