Hasn't built on promising Kilbeggan debut last summer in two starts since, racing too keenly last time at the same venue and finishing almost 15L down in fourth of 10. Top connections and should do better in time.
Doyen mare. Dam was a better chaser than a hurdler, 2m-2m6f hurdle/chase winner (stayed 3m). Makes debut and worth a second look.

Finished second of eight in a bumper at Wexford (2m2f, good to firm) 12 days ago, the best of three efforts so far and that run gives her sound claims now.

Doyen filly, half-sister to bumper winner Our Pollyanna, dam, fair 2m hurdle winner. Makes debut and market should reveal more.
Very good second in Fairyhouse bumper on heavy ground December but failed to match that in either starts since, tailed off at Punchestown in April when last spotted and best watched for that reason.
Most promising run (from four) came early last month at Clonmel (7½L second of 17) but didn't build on that since at Wexford. Hard to assess now.

Forecasts

Kilbarry Way (11/8), Jonnigraig (7/2), Good Scent (5/1), Owenacurra Lass (5/1), Vic's Little Miss (8/1), Lucky Phil (20/1)

20:40 Killarney - 18 July 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Jonnigraig made an excellent impression on debut last summer and is from the yard of the champion trainer, but he hasn't shown similar enthusiasm in either start since and was too keen last month to do himself justice. Therefore, a chance is handed to KILBARRY WAY, who was runner-up at Wexford this month already with an improved run and can take this with further progress likely. Vic's Little Miss is capable but not consistent while Good Scent is a noted newcomer.
