Big prices and not much to shout about in five starts so far.Starts life for a new yard today but future surely lies in low grade handicaps.

Shamardal colt. First foal; dam was a winner over 1m4f+ over in France including at Listed level and is a half-sister to Dartmouth and Manatee. Yard can ready one first time and likely type on paper.

Phenomena colt. Dam 6f winner (including as a juvenile) who stayed 1m. 40/1 and didn't beat a rival home on debut at Sandown (1m2f, good to firm) after a very slow start. Needs to do much more.
Frankel filly who hinted at ability in two AW starts for David Simcock in February. Tailed off on first start for this yard at Salisbury two weeks ago and no has questions to answer.

More Than Ready filly that has improved with each run so far. Her second at Newbury (1m, good to firm) is clearly the best piece of form in here and she sets a clear standard.

Forecasts

Watheeqa (2/9), Gateway (3/1), Imperial Act (14/1), Paraphenalia (33/1), Hell Of A Lady (66/1)

19:40 Bath - 11 July 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Not a strong contest and a good opportunity for WATHEEQA to register a first success. Gateway has a good middle distance pedigree and should be a danger on debut.
  1. Watheeqa
  2. Gateway
  3. Imperial Act
