20/1
Seems to act on any ground. Won a bumper back in 2016 but has not been in the best of form of late and likely to be a similar story here.

Cash In Mind22
Age: 7|  Weight: 11-12| J: D E Mullins| T: D Donovan
20/1
Fairy decent flat performer who hasn't set the world alight over hurdles. More needed here but is fit from the flat.
3
Horse silk
10/1
Didn't seem to see out the trip when getting in as a reserve at Punchestown last time. Drop back in trip should suit and better expected at some stage.
4
Horse silk
100/1
Modest in a number of point-to-point starts and hard to construct much of a case for the gelding following his 50L defeat on debut last month.
5
Horse silk
100/1
Modest in three career point-to-point starts and needs a big turnaround in form to play a role here on rules debut.
6
Horse silk
10/1
Useful Flat performer, twice winning on turf and reaching mark of 85. Beaten a long way on hurdles debut on first run for this yard. Better expected and Davy Russell booking catches the eye.
7
Horse silk
6/1
Another useful Flat recruit, rated mid-80s at best in that sphere. Shaped with promise on hurdling debut albeit looking like a bit further would suit. Type to do better.

Age: 5|  Weight: 11-12| J: D G Hogan| T: D Hogan| OR:  111
6/5
Likeable performer who has gone close on his last three starts. Cheekpieces added in an attempt to eek out a bit more and deserves to get his head in front.

Age: 6|  Weight: 11-12| J: Donagh Meyler| T: E Doyle
6/1
Maiden winner on the AW at Dundalk (1m2½f) in January, fair form in handicaps at that track since without scoring. Only collared close home on hurdles debut and takes a drop in trip here. Leading claims once again.

Related to stout jumpers Modem and Modus and made a pleasing start over hurdles at Listowel last month. Not quite so good at Punchestown next time but is early days and should be capable of better.

Martaline mare who cost just £12,000. Dam placed French 2m2f hurdle. Probably best watched on debut unless the market screams her name.

Feisty Madamh40
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-5| J: D F O'Regan| T: S J Mahon| OR:  83
100/1
Big prices and beaten a long way on all hurdles starts so far this year. Best watched for now and others are much preferred.
13
Horse silk
50/1
Well beaten in a couple of maiden point-to-points. Makes rules debut today but likely to need further and best watched today.

Age: 6|  Weight: 11-5| J: M J Bolger| T: P Cluskey
100/1
Decent Flat pedigree but all to prove making debut over timber, stamina included having been beaten a long way on only bumper start. Tongue-tie added.

Our Nest Eggh,t130
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-5| J: P E Corbett(5)| T: W F Treacy
100/1
Big prices and well beaten in all three bumpers. Tongue-tie added to the hood for hurdles debut and much more required.

Age: 5|  Weight: 11-5| J: J J Burke| T: Miss D O'Shea
50/1
Fell on point-to-point debut last month at the 6th fence. Tongue-tie/hood combination added for rules debut and market best guide.

Forecasts

Storm Rising (6/5), Zaofu (6/1), Ayr Of Elegance (6/1), Roibeard (6/1), Reaver (10/1), Cheap And Cheerful (10/1), Be My Dan (20/1), Cash In Mind (20/1), Drogue Douce (50/1), Peggyclare (50/1), Huckleberry Hill (50/1), Our Nest Egg (100/1), Feisty Madam (100/1), Duhallow Paddy (100/1), Elegant Dan (100/1), Knockatoo Hill (100/1)

14:05 Limerick - 8 July 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Cheap And Cheerful should appreciate this drop back in trip here and is respected. Roibeard should be capable of better than he showed on debut and could well be a player. Preference is for STORM RISING who has gone close several times already and can get on the board here with cheekpieces added.
  1. Storm Rising
  2. Cheap And Cheerful
  3. Roibeard
