Not an awful lot to get excited about in this fillies’ handicap with only two of them having won a race before. Ventura Royal has a pedigree which suggests she will be suited by this trip and that may bring about some improvement with Chickpea one to keep an eye on in the betting on her handicap debut as there may be more to come in this sphere. Bollin Joan is related to one who loves this track but like many in the family looks to need some time and this is best left to the hat-trick seeking WINGED SPUR who looks to have stumbled across another weak race that should allow her to overcome a rise in the weights. Sageness will appreciate this trip more but still has a stiff mark to cope with.
