If LOTUS POND is recovered from his facile win at Ffos Las last week he is going to take plenty of stopping under a 7lb penalty in a race of mainly out-of-form rivals. Last year's runner-up Larkhall has no weight and has shown signs of a revival recently so has place prospects, along with the veteran Kilcasan. Most of the remainder are hard to enthuse over, but Withoutdefavourite might not be too far away.
