Slightly disappointing when sent off evens favourite at Huntingdon last time out, but was hampered at a key stage and better can be expected this time round with an easier passage.

Not seen since last July when last of all in a chase, has changed yards since but would have a chance off this mark based on her best handicap form.

Last of all at Ffos Las last time out wasn't his finest hour, but other recent performances suggest he should be up for winning a race of this nature soon, with the drop back in trip set to suit.

Couldn't find any improvement for switch to handicap company at Uttoxeter last time out, but probably better than he showed there and dropped a potentially generous 7lb.

Winner on the Flat back in March, but remains a maiden over hurdles and looked no closer to breaking his duck in this sphere at Newton Abbot last time out.

Six race maiden who has shown little so far and looks set for another minor role having been dropped 4lb for being beaten 31L at Newton Abbot last time out.

Step in the right direction at Fontwell last time out and continues to edge down the weights. This conditional retakes the ride and retakes 5lb off which will help, and he should progress again.

Down the field on both starts so far this summer and difficult to see him bouncing back from that to win a race at the 33rd attempt.

Has finished behind some decent horses in handicap hurdles so far, for all that she's been well-beaten, though recent form on the Flat hasn't been anything especially impressive.

Certainly needs to step up based on that he achieved last time out, but this isn't the strongest handicap and a change of headgear may also help.

Forecasts

Spader (5/2), Cor Wot An Apple (4/1), Bee An Aristocrat (9/2), Russian Spy (7/1), Simafar (8/1), Udogo (10/1), Hes Our Robin (12/1), First Quest (16/1), Distant High (20/1), Rubys Cube (25/1), Calling Des Blins (50/1)

17:10 Worcester - 24 June 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

SPADER was hampered at a key point failing to justify short-priced favouritism at Huntingdon last time out, but provided he avoids a repeat of that episode he could well be capable of putting that right here, with the addition of cheek pieces expected to help as well. He can get the better of Simafar, who could also benefit for new headgear, as well as Cor Wot An Apple.
