Scored at Wolverhampton in March off 5lb lower, but in handicapper's grip subsequently, and only seventh of 9 on return to turf at Leicester last week. Plenty on her plate.
Runner-up twice before landing 1m minor event at Ripon earlier this month from the front. That was a weak affair, but may have more to offer now moving into handicaps.
Scored three times in first half of 2017, but has found life tougher since, although probably failed to stay extended 1¼m here last time, and return to a mile will be in her favour.
Won 7f minor event at Redcar as a two-year-old, and ran well when second on handicap debut at Nottingham (1m) in May. Drop in trip not ideal last time, and may still do better.
Exceed and Excel half-sister to Australian Group 1 filly Miss Finland, but hasn't lived up to smart pedigree despite fair front-running efforts on last two starts. Needs to improve for move to handicaps.
Won a 6f nursery at Newmarket last summer, and stepped up on reappearance when staying-on sixth of 12 in 7f handicap at Yarmouth last time. Should be suited by a mile on that evidence, and respected.
Pivotal half-sister to a pair of winners at this trip, and she showed improved form when head second of 7 to Cosmopolitan Queen on handicap debut at Lingfield last month. Obvious chance if staying extra distance here.
Forecasts
Savaanah (15/8), Tight Lines (3/1), Allante (11/2), Hunni (13/2), Zafaranah (11/1), Miss Sheridan (12/1), Spring Waterfall (12/1)
ALLANTE is related to winners at a mile, and has sound prospects of staying on that basis, and given the promise she showed when a close second on handicap bow at Lingfield, she looks the one to beat. Hunni looked to be crying out for this trip at Yarmouth, and could offer value, while Miss Sheridan is going in the opposite direction after failing to get home over further last time.
