11/4
The most experienced filly in this line-up with four runs and a course win (5f) already on her CV. Looked ready for a stiffer test last time out and gets that here and will be happier back on this flatter track; yard flying with juveniles this year.

Amoreena
Age: 2|  Weight: 9-0| J: M Harley| T: Tom Clover
20/1
Newcomer who has a speedy pedigree; half-sister to mainly sprint winners including Temple Meads (winner at up 6f as two-year-old; Super Sprint, Group 2 winner). Fledgling yard are 1/8 with their two-year-olds this year.

Showed the benefit of her initial experience when improving two places on her debut effort at Leicester over this trip. Never quite got involved on her last run and may be better over 7f and find some of these too quick.

Hinted at ability when well held on her Doncaster debut over 5f looking as though the experience was needed and she would also be better if she settled more. Trainer had a quiet year so far and yet to have a juvenile winner; best watched.

Showed a little speed on debut but quickly gave way and it was a similar story on her second outing. Makes little appeal based on those efforts and the yard rarely have juvenile winners.

Trainer ticking along very nicely with his two-year-olds this season (7/34) and capable of getting one ready first time. Cost £24,000 at a recent breeze-up and although the dam was unraced her half-sister was a 1m Group 2 winner.

Rosamour

12/1
Debutante who is a half-sister to winners including the quirky Fibresand winner Big Amigo; dam a maiden but related to the high-class miler Goldikova. Trainer has a modest enough record with juveniles this year.

Made a promising start to her career over 5f at Doncaster finishing third despite showing inexperience running on late once the penny had dropped. Looks sure to improve stepping up in trip; trainer 5/18 with two-year-olds this year.

Forecasts

Stay Classy (5/2), Delft Dancer (11/4), Brelades Bay (3/1), Quiet Waters (9/2), Arctic Spirit (9/2), Marlyn (10/1), Rosamour (12/1), Amoreena (20/1), Capla Gilda (20/1), Maddfourmaggy (100/1)

17:50 Nottingham - 18 June 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

The experience of Delft Dancer will stand her in good stead and this 6f back on a flat track will suit her far better than the up-and-downs of Hamilton last time although she does have concede weight all round and will need to get away more sharply this time. STAY CLASSY put in a good first run with that form franked by the win of the second last time and she’ll know far more this time from a stable going well with their juveniles. There look as though there could be a couple of useful newcomers in this and both Marlyn and Quiet Waters are well worth noting if supported in the market. Of the others with experience Arctic Spirit looks the best although she may need further to show her best.
  1. Stay Classy
  2. Delft Dancer
  3. Quiet Waters
