Won an Irish point-to-point in March and picked up by connections for £43,000 afterwards. Beaten 38L on bumper debut last month and needs to do much better now making hurdling debut.

Beaten a fair way in three novice events before a similar story on handicap debut last time. Up against it to beat a couple of these on that evidence.

Beaten a total of 118L on his two starts over hurdles so far and very much likely to be more suited to handicaps after this. Cheekpieces on for the first time.

Ha ability having finished runner-up in three bumpers for Neil Mulholland. Two hurdles efforts for this yard have not been so good and needs to do plenty more. Tongue tie goes on.

Beaten at odds-on in a point-to-point last month and has often run well in that sphere. This test is likely to be sharp enough on hurdling debut but one of the likelier types.

Has only beaten one rival home in two bumpers and a novice hurdle. Impossible to fancy on that evidence and others much preferred.
7

Modest flat performer who has been beaten a long way on two efforts over timber so far. Much more is needed here to be involved.

Bumper win came on a sound surface and has generally run well since. Conditions here look ideal on first start for a new yard on the back of five months off. Interesting.

Three runs under rules back in 2016 were uninspiring. Been running well in point-to-points of late and would have a squeak on the peak of that form if translating it back under rules.

Finished runner-up in a soft ground point-to-point in April and subsequently purchased for £11,000. Beaten a long way on rules debut at Fakenham (2m) last week and this step up in trip looks a good move on that evidence.

Four starts over hurdles so far have not produced much and a similar story is on the cards here today. Handicaps a better option after this.

Forecasts

Dory (4/5), Mac Tottie (9/4), Inspireus (10/1), Just For Tara (16/1), Aclassagold (16/1), Double Miss (25/1), Orchard Lane (33/1), Geordielad (33/1), Just Midas (33/1), Quite Right (66/1), Steve Mequine (100/1)

16:45 Worcester - 11 June 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Mac Tottie was useful in bumpers but has yet to transfer that form to hurdling. Double Miss has been running well in points and is of minor interest switched to this code. Clear preference though is for DORY who has the best form in the book by some way and starts life with Ian Williams today.
  1. Dory
  2. Mac Tottie
  3. Double Miss
