Untested under rules so far, but was a 12L winner of a Clifton-on-Dunsmore maiden (3m good) when last in competitive action in April 2017.
Left Chris Grant for just £2,500 in June 2017 following a couple of low-key bumper efforts, and well beaten on debut for this trainer after a year off latest. Hurdles debut.
Back from wind surgery over hurdles at Towcester last month, but never appeared happy at any stage. Tongue tie left off today (perhaps resented), but couldn't be advised at present.
Tailed off in an Exeter bumper in April (2m1f), this former pointer is quickly switched to hurdles seeking much more.
Not convinced in three starts over hurdles since returning from a lengthy two plus year absence; seemingly devoid of any ability.
No star, but made a respectable start over hurdles at Ludlow in November (2m5f good). Jumped poorly on his return to the track at Huntingdon last month (8/11f), but found a weak race tonight if able to apply himself to the task.
Cheap purchase and showed little in bumpers, but better on hurdles debut at Musselburgh in March (2m3f+ good to soft) when vainly chasing home 4/9f Bedrock.
Runner up over C&D last month, but beaten 13L by 1/14f Settie Hill. Nevertheless' that was an improvement on his opening hurdles effort at Market Rasen and the opposition appears to be equally limited tonight.

In reality, Haul Away should be dispatching these rivals with the minimum of fuss, but it's not a done deal given his moderate jumping at Huntingdon last month. Doubtless he's been well schooled since, but he'll be plenty short enough in the market so we'll be brave and take him on. Both Jesse Jude and Simply Mani were better on their most recent hurdles starts, but equally neither makes much appeal, so we'll chance the Fiona Kehoe point winner BAZUKHOV on rules/hurdles debut in a dire race.
