Smart hurdler, winner of sole start on the Flat at Dundalk (1m4f, AW) in April and not taken lightly in this field having gone well both starts over timber since.
Smart hurdler, far from disgraced behind Supasundae in Punchestown Champion Hurdle when last spotted. First start on the Flat for champion jumps trainer.
Still quite lightly-raced, well beaten over hurdles at Killarney in August when last spotted and needs to improve significantly on previous Flat form to hold claims.
Three-time winner over 1m2f in Britain for Eve Johnson-Houghton. Poor in three starts since joining current handler (twice over hurdles) and failed to beat a rival home at the Curragh last month (1m2f, yielding to soft). Easier to look elsewhere.
Dylan Thomas filly hasn't shown a lot in her seven starts so far, looks an unlikely winner but did shape marginally better at Tipperary (1m4½f, soft to heavy) last time.
Some useful French form in 2016, including in a Listed race, won a maiden hurdle last summer at Roscommon. Passed up a decent chance back on the Flat at Killarney last month over this trip when favourite but may be fitter this time.
Forecasts
Bleu Berry (2/1), Joey Sasa (11/4), Law Girl (3/1), Light Pillar (5/1), Toulson (8/1), Jack Blue (33/1), Cinnabar Reds (100/1), The Golden Punto (100/1)
Law Girl may be fitter after her Killarney run but this is potentially a tougher race than the one she was beaten in there. Stablemate Bleu Berry is noted on firs Flat run but French import LIGHT PILLAR should have more to offer having made a winning start for Joseph O'Brien on the AW last time. Smart hurdler Joey Sasa also made a winning start on the Flat last time and could be the biggest danger.
