Twice went close in four turf runs last summer at up to a mile. Looks to have had a nice pie-opener at Dundalk on the AW recently.

Beaten favourite last time out when finishing third of 11 beaten 3L in a Sligo handicap over 7f though not disgraced. Will need to eek out a bit more here.

Gelding by Rock Of Gibralter out of a Observatory mare related to Eagle Mountain, Society Rock and 2011 Group 3 Albany winner Samitar. Will need to improve on three modest career starts to date.

Well beaten and never nearer in three turf starts since April. First-time cheekpieces unlikely to bring the required amount of improvement needed to play a role here.

Plenty of sparkle in the fillies first two racecourse appearances recently but disappointed connections at Sligo earlier this month when well beaten 21L and could be a worry that the filly has not trained on. .

17:50 Fairyhouse - 31 May 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Could well turn in to a match here in a race that won't take a lot of winning between the two Ger Lyons-trained Talk Now, who looks to be carrying a handy weight for this claimer and the experienced HYPERLAPSE who appears to have trained on following a promising seasonal debut on the AW at Dundalk last month. Sligo third Eadbhard looks the best of the rest.

  3. Eadbhard
