First juvenile runner of the season from a yard that don't have that may runners in this sphere but have had winners in the past five years. Half-sister to winner at up to 1m2f Tomahawk Kid; dam half-sister to the useful sprinter Confessional.

Trainer 1/17 with his two-year-olds this year. Closely related to 5f winner (runs later on the card) and a half-sister to three winners. Dam unraced half-sister to two Group 1 winners in Airwave and Jwala. Worth a look in the market.

Produced a promising first effort having made some appeal on pedigree when finishing 3rd on her debut over C&D. Just lacked the experience/sharpness of the two that finished in front of her; second has won since (sets the standard).

Well behind Capla Rock on her debut run over C&D and has ground to make up on that one. Didn't really show that much and will probably need time; her half-sister Rock On Baileys showed more as a three-year-old.

Trainer is 1/1 on turf this year but this one made her debut on the AW and was very green to the point that she played very little part (finished last). Very slow away she was always behind and will need to show more.

Trainer is flying along with his juveniles this year (already has 12 winners on the board) and capable of getting one ready first time. Price increased markedly from foal to two-year-old and she looks to have a decent pedigree.

Started out over 5f on the AW at Kempton and offered something to work on for a yard not known for their winning debutante juveniles. Should have learnt from that experience as she now tries turf for her second run.

Cost £180,000 as a yearling which isn't a surprise as she does having a taking pedigree; half-sister to juvenile Listed winner Darkanna with the dam a Group placed 5f two-year-old winner. Yard no stranger to juvenile success.

Holy Roman Emperor filly who cost €50,000 as a yearling from a yard who know plenty about winning juveniles. Pedigree would suggest she might need a little further and the yard's two-year-olds tend to be better second time up these days.

Dandy Man filly out of a Kodiac mare with the trainer usually having one or two sharp two-year-olds (four winners already this year in this sphere). Makes her debut here and bred to be bright for her debut.

33/1
Has a very dam's side of her pedigree but has only really hinted at ability on her two runs so far; didn't really build on her debut when tried over 6f last time. Faces a tough task in what could be a decent maiden.

Very green on her AW debut over 5f she looked as though she was one for the longer term. That thought was backed up by her second run over 6f where she showed good speed but failed to see the race out.

This could turn out to be a decent maiden with plenty of the leading juvenile yards represented. Of those that have run the standard is very much set by Capla Rock whose third over C&D on debut has already been franked and she’s sure to go close. Some of the newcomers though make plenty of appeal not least HEARTWARMING from the Clive Cox yard who is a half-sister to that yard’s Heartache winner of last year’s Queen Mary having made a winning debut in late May. Gospel from a yard that are already into double-figures this year with their winning juveniles and Sabai Sabai are two others to note with Bhangra an intriguing outsider.
