Four of his five wins have come in this grade. More favourably treated having needed his comeback run which earned him a drop in the weights. Top rider booked but the forecast of soft ground raises doubts.
Beat Jallota in 2013 but has drawn a blank since and his carer record is now 1-30. Produced some decent efforts on soft ground last term, but he was poor on his reappearance and only market support would arouse interest.
Undoubtedly well-handicapped on last year's form and weighted to reverse Epsom form with Bahamian Sunrise. Like that rival his best has come at 5f/ New headgear combination employed.
C&D winner who just found a well-handicapped stable companion too good here on Thursday. Clearly in great form and on a favourable mark with conditions in his favour.

Bahamian Sunrise (10/3), Toofi (7/2), Pour La Victoire (4/1), Englishman (5/1), Rio Ronaldo (5/1), Shamshon (11/2), Upavon (8/1)
This trip and ground ask questions of the majority but POUR LA VICTOIRE likes this 6f track and the conditions are obviously not a problem given his run here on Thursday. Englishman is feared having scored last time off a favourable mark and yet only going up 2lb. Shamshon is lurking on an attractive mark if staying this trip on ground this soft.
