Easy winner at Brafield two starts back, making all the running, but disappointing at Hexham last time when stopping quickly. Tongue tie added now, which may help, and chances if returning to form.

Likes quick ground, easy winner of a Members Conditions at Badbury Rings in February and another very solid effort in an Open at Hackwood Park last time. Looks primed to run a good race under ideal conditions and should go close.

Age: 10|  Weight: 12-0| J: Miss Gina Andrews| T: A Hill| OR:  93
11/8
Very easy winner at Hackwood Park on latest start and is holding form well. This is tougher but excellent pilot on board and has chances once more, with slight drop back in trip no issue.

Well beaten at big prices last few starts and hard to see why it should be any different tonight. No realistic chance.

Not terrible efforts in Restricted races last few but it's not of the standard of a few here and he'll need improvement form somewhere. Looks an unlikely stayer too.

Ran out of it late in a Ladies Open at Horseheath in February and but lesser efforts since then and jumping not always the best. Others make more appeal.

Wasn't any great shakes under Rules but did win a maiden Open at Penshurst in March (3m, good to soft) in game fashion. Beaten at odds-on since then and suspicion is others are quicker.

Has made all to win a couple of minor events this spring, the latest at Vauterhill last week, so is at least in good form but it falls short of what's required here. Needs to improve again, but that's not impossible.

Karens Lad19
Age: 8|  Weight: 12-0| J: Bdr Jody Sole(3)| T: J Sole
25/1
Came back off a long absence to finish third at Parham recently, although was well beaten at the finish and it wasn't much of a race. Needs to have come on plenty form that if he's to get involved.

Sprang a surprise to win an Intermediate contest at Penshurst in April but rather went backwards form that when well beaten last time out. Back on better ground tonight but still hard to fancy.
Has wins at Ampton and Higham to his name this season (Full Batten well behind on one occasion) but the form adds up to little, and a couple of odds-on defeats temper enthusiasm. Will like the ground, but others make a bit more appeal.

Forecasts

Changeofluck (11/8), Boygojumping (11/4), Hinxworth (8/1), Big Bang De Loire (8/1), Goodnight Vienna (12/1), Steeles Terrace (16/1), Full Batten (16/1), Le Fou Royal (25/1), Karens Lad (25/1), Driftwood Pride (33/1), Grayhawk (100/1)

19:50 Fontwell - 17 May 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Not easy to solve, and any number hold some sort of chance in a weakish event. Changeofluck holds an obvious chance if able to repeat his latest easy win but BOYGOJUMPING loves quick ground and after some solid efforts, can take this. Big Bang De Loire needs to put a poor effort at Hexham behind him, so maybe Hinxworth can prove best of the remainder.

  3. Hinxworth
