Price rose from €18,000 as a foal to £42,000 as a yearling. Beaten 12L on debut at Newbury (5f, good to soft) and shaped in need of the run. Yards runners tend to come on a bundle for initial experience but may need further than this.

Dam was a juvenile winner over sprint trips and was only a 9/2 shot for her debut at Southwell (5f, AW) last month when showing some speed but fading late on. Should come on for the experience but needs more to be winning.

First foal. Dam won on debut as a juvenile. Yard can ready one but slightly off-putting that the hood goes on for debut. Claimer takes off 7lb and likely to be yards second string on paper.

High Horse (5/4), Raskolnikov (4/1), Jaayiz (4/1), Big Boots (9/1), Sesame (10/1), Greenback Boogie (14/1), Headland (16/1), North Korea (18/1), Ower Magic (20/1), Wye Bother (20/1), Greeley (25/1), Irene's Prince (33/1)

17:45 Bath - 2 May 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Improvement is likely from a few of the once raced runners here. Raskolnikov, Greenback Boogie and Sesame are all likely to show more at some point. They may have to play second fiddle to one of the newcomers in this field however with Big Boots coming from a yard that have had a good start to the turf season expected to play his part. Jaayiz is on the shortlist and is feared should the money come but the selection is HIGH HORSE. He was the most expensive purchase of these at 100,000 gns and his yard know how to get one ready for their debut. He has a good draw and can make a winning start.
  1. High Horse
  2. Jaayiz
  3. Big Boots
