Horse silk
7/2
First time out winner at Salisbury last time, when getting up narrowly, but perhaps with a bit in hand. Carries a penalty here but should improve and run very well again.

Antiguan Rock
Age: 3|  Weight: 9-2| J: M Harley| T: A King
14/1
Rock Of Gibraltar gelding who doesn't represent a trainer known for first time out winners on the Flat, but does have the pedigree to run well on debut.
3
(7)
Horse silk
33/1
Did himself no favours with how he started the race on debut at Newbury last time out, but the 66/1 price on that occasion speaks for itself in many respects.
4
(4)
Horse silk
2/1
Plenty went wrong for him on debut at Newmarket earlier in the month, and in what looks a less competitive affair he should manage a better placing than tenth.
5
(3)
Horse silk
200/1
Tailed off in both starts so far, both on the AW and makes his turf debut here. Tough to see him playing a big role.
6
(2)
Horse silk
50/1
Beaten 35L into last on debut at Kempton last time and will need to leave that form a long way behind to play a part in this.

Horse silk
Parable10
Age: 3|  Weight: 9-2| J: William Carson| T: J L Flint
100/1
Steps up in trip from 5f after two moderate efforts in novice company. Plenty to prove, especially given he didn't progress between those two runs.

(10)
Horse silk
66/1
Has beaten only one horse home so far in two starts, and tough to see him improving on that to mount a challenge here.

Prince Rock203
Age: 3|  Weight: 9-2| J: Tom Marquand| T: S Dow
33/1
Only poor form in two starts so far, both at Kempton. No reason the switch to turf would be enough to see him to better effect.

Horse silk
Valyrian131
Age: 3|  Weight: 9-2| J: J P Spencer| T: L M Cumani
3/1
Not disgraced on his debut at Kempton in December, and though shaping as if further may suit in time that was a pleasing enough effort and he should run very well.

Horse silk
Colourfield187
Age: 3|  Weight: 8-11| J: S Donohoe| T: E F Vaughan
7/1
Improved on her second start at Newmarket in October, and every chance she can take another step forward here, especially with the additional furlong.
12
(9)
Horse silk
10/1
Pivotal filly who is a half-sister to a winner over this trip; market may be the best guide as to his chances on debut.

Horse silk
Tagusv7
Age: 3|  Weight: 8-11| J: K T O'Neill| T: J J Bridger
200/1
Well-beaten on debut here last week and no reason this drop back in trip should make a particularly significant difference.

Forecasts

Gift Of Raaj (2/1), Valyrian (3/1), Caiya (7/2), Colourfield (7/1), Ghalia Al Thumama (10/1), Antiguan Rock (14/1), Climb Aboard (33/1), Prince Rock (33/1), One Flew Over (50/1), Pesky Wabbitt (66/1), Parable (100/1), More Harry (200/1), Tagus (200/1)

20:10 Windsor - 30 April 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Not a strong novice stakes by any stretch of the imagination, so it may just be simplest to side with the previous winner in the field in the form of CAIYA. Even Johnson Houghton's charge got off the mark at the first time of asking at Salisbury last time and shaped as if there should be improvement to come on this second start. She is taken to see off Gift Of Raaj, who had a few things go wrong on debut at Newmarket last time, and Valyrian, who ran fairly well on his own first start at Kempton.
  1. Caiya
  2. Gift Of Raaj
  3. Valyrian
