Has won four of his last seven point-to-points but he is somewhat in and out. His sole run in a hunter chase was a strong race and he finished tailed off, but on a going day he could cause a surprise.

Tinkers Hill Tommy (11/10), Pink Eyed Pedro (11/2), Kilcrea Bridge (6/1), High Hatton (7/1), Robin Des People (14/1), Charlie Breekie (14/1), Captain Camelot (16/1), Ann Scott (16/1), Essteepee (33/1), Manhattan Mead (33/1), Theboss On Thehill (50/1), Tomoroz Man (66/1)

19:00 Chepstow - 27 April 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

TINKERS HILL TOMMY was runner in the Champion Novice Hunter at Stratford last summer and that is head and shoulders above the form shown by any of his rivals here. He is proven over these stiff fences and the prospect of good ground is a further positive. Ann Scott looks the pick of the rest judged on current point-to-point performances. The booking of James King for Captain Camelot may see him improve on his previous two attempts at landing this contest.
  1. Tinkers Hill Tommy
  2. Ann Scott
  3. Captain Camelot
