Sixties Icon colt, half-sister to two winners including one over sprint trips. Yard have started the season in fair form, particularly with their younger horses. Market may reveal expectations.

7/2
Kyllachy colt, cost 95,000 gns as a yearling. Dam a sprint winner and a half-sister to Mazzini, a winner over 6f. Plenty of speed in her pedigree and yard can ready one and are running at around a 50% win-rate at present.

Helmet colt, cost €18,000 as a foal and £42,000 as a yearling. Dam a winner over 1m4f and half-sister to two Listed winners. Sire can produce sprinters but plenty of stamina on dam's side and he may prove better over further.

Battle Of Marengo gelding, half-brother to four winners including two sprinters and dam a half-sister to a useful sprinter. Makes appeal on paper but hardly encouraging he's already been gelded.

Power colt, dam a half-sister to AW winner. Yard's debutantes usually need the run and this ones pedigree suggests he will do better over longer trips than this.

Zoffany colt, cost €22,000 as a yearling. Half-brother to Group 3 winner Master The World and dam a sprint winner and half-sister to a Listed winner. Nice blend of speed and stamina in his pedigree but yard do better with their older horses.
Equiano colt, cost 30,000 gns as a yearling. Half-brother to a Listed-placed juvenile sprinter. Dam a winner and half-sister to a Listed winner. Speed in his pedigree but yard not synonymous with first-time out winners.

WELL DONE FOX cost plenty as a yearling and given he's bred for this test, he's the tentative selection in a race in which all 10 declared make their debut. Charlie Hills and Ralph Beckett on trainer's in flying form and their representatives Glory Fighter and Dave Dexter are worthy of respect.
