Heeraat colt, half-brother to several winners over a little further dam was a half-sister to a Listed winner. Unfancied and well beaten on debut when showing very little. Others preferred.
Siyouni colt, cost £52,000 as a yearling. Dam a French AW winner as a juvenile. Trip possibly sharp for his debut and yard's newcomers often in need of the experience.
Red Jazz colt, cost €11,000 as a yearling and re-sold for £60,000 in August. Dam a half-sister to a Listed winner over a mile. Interesting runner for a yard that do well with their debutantes.
Sir Prancealot colt, cost 8,000 gns as a foal but sold for just €3,500 as a yearling. Dam a sprint winner and related to a Group 3 winner. Well beaten on debut at Doncaster last month but will improve for that and not discounted.
Poet's Voice colt, cost 800 gns as a foal and re-sold for £4,500 as a yearling. Runner-up to the Brocklesby winner at Bath on debut and should take a step forward. Has to be on the shortlist with excellent apprentice claiming 7lb.
Sixties Icon colt, cost 4,000 gns as a foal and €14,000 as a yearling. Dam an AW sprint winner and related to useful mare Thesme (fifth in 2016 Nunthorpe). Yard started the season in flying form, particularly with their juveniles. Leading claims.
Mayson colt, cost 13,000 gns as a foal and 28,000 gns as a yearling. Dam a half-sister to a Group 2 winner. Shaped well on debut in the Brocklesby when fourth of 13 but likely to do better when stepped up in trip.
Oxbow colt, cost $215,000 as a yearling. Half-brother to a Listed winner Seruni and several placed at Stakes level in US. May want a little further but interesting starting point for a trainer who does well with his sprinters.
Holy Roman Emperor filly, sister to a winner and half-sister to AW winner. Dam a half-sister to Group placed juvenile French Emperor. May be better suited by further by respected nonetheless for a yard who do well with their runners here.
Exceed and Excel filly, cost 50,000 gns as a yearling. Half-sister to a winner and dam Group placed. Likely to want further than this and has a wide draw to overcome. Others preferred.

Mick Channon's yard have been in good form with their juveniles this season and his charge KINKS has a smart pedigree and may be the one to side with in a wide open event. John Betjeman finished behind one of Kinks' stablemates last time and ought to run well again with a talented apprentice in the saddle. Dixieland could prove to be the main danger to the selection given his yard's record with debutantes.
