Had been knocking on the door in January but took a backwards step when well beaten latest start. That was too bad to be true and is best forgiven so with no issues with track or trip, may bounce back after a short break.

Easy winner at Kempton two starts ago but that was a bottom-grade affair and he found life tougher off his revised mark in better company next time. Still, this is weak and a repeat of his win would take him close, so not ruled out.

Would look nicely treated off this mark on the best of his hurdles form but it's been some two years since he raced on the Flat and he's not been since since last June over hurdles either. Only of interest of strong in the market.

Worth a try at this trip based on her staying-on effort over a furlong shorter here last time but bottom line is that' she's just the one win from 26 starts to show for her efforts and is usually beatable.

Forecasts

Berlusca (11/10), Runaiocht (7/4), Buonarotti Boy (5/1), Cooperess (12/1), Freud (20/1)

16:20 Wolverhampton - 5 April 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

None of these are rock solid but if you're happy to forgive BERLUSCA a poor effort last time out then she looks the one to be with here. Runaiocht Cooperess may round out the trifecta.
  1. Berlusca
  2. Runaiocht
  3. Cooperess
