£5,000 purchase as a yearling. By Pastoral Pursuits out of an unraced mare related to a few sprint winners. Speedy pedigree but yard quiet at present and he may be better for this experience.
€8,000 colt by first-season sire Bungleinthejungle who was a fast 2yo. Yard won Brocklesby so any market interest would be very significant. One worthy of consideration.

Made €20,000 as a yearling and hails from yard in good form throughout the winter. By Compton Place out of a maiden dam related to winners at up to 12f. Yard won this race last year.

€21,000 daughter of smart Casamento out of a dam who is a half-sister to a listed winner. Yard unusually quiet at this early stage of the season but definitely worth a market check for any interest.

€9,500 daughter of Sir Prancealot, dam half-sister to Group 2 winner over 1m. Looks the more likely on papaer of yard's two representatives and worth a second glance.

£17,000 daughter of Legal Force. Dam won first two starts as a juvenile so appeals as type to know her job early on. Yard in fair form and looks one for the short list.

Cheaply bought daughter of Zebedee at just £2,500. Sire gets plenty of fast juveniles though. Dam failed to win a race. Yard adept at preparing youngsters to know their job so any market interest would be a big plus.

£7,000 filly by Compton Place. Dam won in Italy and has produced two individual Italian winners. Another for whom the market should prove informative.

Forecasts

Jungle Inthebungle (6/4), Kingi Compton (7/2), Lady Prancealot (9/2), Penniesfromheaven (8/1), Phyllis (10/1), Sandy Heartbeat (14/1), Induct (16/1), Kg Courage (20/1)

14:55 Lingfield - 3 April 2018 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

No form to go on here so the betting market is likely to prove very informative. Archie Watson won this race last year and his Kingi Compton may well go close to staging a repeat performance. A chance is taken though on PENNIESFROMHEAVEN whose dam made a winning debut and has a decent pedigree. Jungle Inthebungle hails from a yard with a good guide to the juvenile form having already had a few winners and is very much feared, while any money for Phyllis or the most expensive purchase Kg Courage would be worth noting.
