A race which lacks strength in depth, so it should go the way of last month's Newcastle winner RAISED ON GRAZEON. She has yet another penalty to carry in addition to the one she receives for winning at Catterick on New Years Day, and whilst she locks horns with Paper Roses on disadvantageous terms as a result, she's far more convincing that the Donald Whillans trained mare over 2m. Both Trooblue and Birch Vale could progress, with the Donald McCain trained mare arguably much better suited by this lesser test of stamina than at Newcastle on her hurdles debut (2m4f).
