Appears to be much better over the 5f here (221) than the longer trips that he tried previously finally getting off the mark last time. Hardly winning out of turn last time but showed some improvement and dangerous to discount on this surface.

A tight and competitive little race that looks to be a problematic punting puzzle with Grandfather Tom in top form and still looking well weighted aiming for a four-timer although the surface is an unknown. For that reason it may be safer to side with SAMOVAR who hasn’t really run a bad race on Fibresand and appears more at home on it since being switched to the minimum trip. Gift In Time defends his unbeaten record here but doesn’t look particularly well handicapped while Joegogo has to prove himself here and bounce back from a rare poor run last time.
