Tailed off on both previous hurdling starts and needs to show a lot more in order to take a hand here.
Well beaten on all four starts. Very difficult to build a case for off the back of such poor efforts.
Caught the eye last time out over 2m in heavy conditions last time showing his first form over hurdles. Looks the type to do better over further and once he's sent into handicaps, but well worth watching in the market here.
Showed only a glimmer of ability in two Irish point-to-point and on Rules debut. Should come on for the run but still has a lot to find.
Landed a hot Irish point-to-point and looked a future winner on his Rules debut over C&D last month. This looks an easier race on paper and he is the one to beat.
Soon beaten on his hurdling debut when looking in need of the experience. Can only improve, but doubtful he is ready for a task such as this right now.
Picked up by this yard for £36,000 having finished runner-up in a Clonmel hurdle. Ran to a similar level on his next start and needs to improve in order to figure here.
Improved marginally for the step up to 2m4f last time when shaping as though a left-handed track might help him find a little extra. Would be in the shake up if that is the case.
Well-beaten on all starts to date and his jumping has been a concern. Has another stiff task to face this time.
Second foal of a dam who was a prolific winning point-to-pointer. Tailed off on hurdling debut a year ago and needs to have improved considerably since.
€50,000 purchase being out of a dam who was a sister to the classy Marello. Tailed off on bumper debut and will do better in time.

GARRAN CITY went close in a stronger looking race than this last time and sets a high standard for the others to aim at. Samburu Shujaa is more exposed but looks the main danger, particularly as he has jumped or hung left on his last couple of starts on right-handed circuits. Ocean Cove is best of the rest with the drop to 2m4f looking a well-considered move.
